Gives me two options: Launch SWF File Player and Launch Portal 2.
SWF File Player just closes itself out when pressed, Portal 2 opens desktop. In it is /, My Computer, My Documents, Trash, and My Android Downloads.
Shell Command just opens the black thing, Wine Config opens this thing where I can add an application, however I can't add anything.
Am I doing something wrong?

a priori no, I'm in the same case as you, we do as they say in their tutorials, I think it's a problem on their side
