I'm having trouble with using Crossover Mac and Crossover Games while running Pages in OS X 10.5. It often happens that a window appears on one 'page' but for some reason Pages thinks it is somewhere else. So as soon as I click on anything on the page, it automatically swaps to the other page where it thinks it should be. Needless to say, this is very annoying.
Of course, the easy solution is to turn off pages, but I usually have several things running at once, and I like to keep them on different pages.
It sounds like you are using Pages (the iWork application?) as a kind of secondary window manager? Crossover's window controls were not designed to be handled by a secondary function in addition to the window manager, so this will likely confuse Crossover and/or the program, as you've seen.
