I downloaded the demo for this software a few months ago and recently my friend purchased it. He has been trying to install Dawn of War gold edition, he has compiled all of the info into one folder and the installer doesn't respond when the folder with all of the info is selected. Also when I installed Dark Crusade it was able to play, for him the opening cinematic plays and then the screen goes white. Any fixes for these problems?

You should also post this query to the appropriate forum above -- not all people
watch the general forums (they only watch the titles they are interested in).
If/when you do post to one of the above fourms, please mention the platform/OS{version}
and videocard being used on both your friend's and your own machine - they may be a
clue in that detail.
