I am unable to get past the Quicken 2013 registration screen in either CO version 12.1.1 or after downgrading to 12.0. The registration information seems to be submitted because a thank you message pops up with a "Finish" button, but it still says "Connecting..." in the lower left of the window. I can not close the window or do anything else in Quicken, I am forced to quit CO. Without the registration it will not let me update any of my accounts. Is there a work around for this?
