That should certainly be possible. You'd want to install crossover using the 64-bit .deb for ease of use, otherwise if you install with the Loki you'll need to hunt down and install missing dependencies and libraries for Crossover to run properly.
Also, please note that supported MS Office Apps with Crossover are the "standard four" of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
