I just updated from a purchased Xandros 4.0/4.1 Home Premium to Xandros 4.5 OCE. Xandros 4.0/4.1 included CrossOver Office. Do I have to buy a new copy of CrossOver?

I don't think you have to rebuy, but I don't know for sure. I recommend to file a support ticket if you can, or write to sales@codeweavers.com. If there's a license key included with Xandros you should be able to register it for your account.
