Do you mean bottles?
Yes, if you create a bottle archive on one platform, you should be able to unarchive the bottle on a different platform.
You may want to be careful that you do not have data from MS Office which is actually stored outside of the bottle (e.g., in a 'Documents' directory in your home dir, etc.).
Of course, you'll want to test everything out before you delete data from the old system.
