I've got a program that runs directly from an .exe using resources that come included in its folder, and that doesn't need to be installed. How can I run this using Crossover?
For reference, the program is Aurora 4x: http://aurora2.pentarch.org/index.php/topic,5663.0.html
Create a bottle, click the Open C: Drive button, unpack the zip anywhere you want. Press the Run Command button, navigate to where you unpacked the files, find the exe and try to run it. There's an option to create launcher too.
If you want to run via the command line, you would use:
</path to cxoffice>/bin/wine --bottle "<bottle_name>" <file.exe>
