I d like to know if I can install app from sd card in Crossover, some newer chromebook have this emmc storage not SDCard, and Will be good Idea access to SD card.

I don't believe this is possible. It might be possible if you rooted the Android on your Chromebook, but even then, I'm not certain. You can, however, copy files from the SD card to your Chromebook's internal storage download folder and install from there.

Yes, it's true, you'll need to copy your file to the Downloads folder.
Out of curiosity, what model of Chromebook do you have, and where does this "non Downloads local storage" appear in the Chrome OS file browser for you?
