I'm on a Chromebook 14 CB3-431-C5FM and when I install an app, opens with no problem. But when I start it up for second time, it's not opening. I'm trying to install Hamachi and it's a .msi file. Could you help me?

Is this happening with every app you try to install or only with a specific app? Which app(s) have you tried?
