From what I've been able to find, it looks like you're missing WIndows Media Player (that is the missing "media feature pack"). You may want to try adding the Windows media Player Sound Engine 10 component from within CrossOver and see if that fixes things. Next, if that doesn't help, you may want to try installing Windows Media Feature Pack from here. If it still does not work, this link may or may not help, but could be worth a shot. You'll have to download either of these last two and then, from within CrossOver, run it to install it and hope that it works.
