Unfortunately, to date, with all skins that have been tested(approximately 20), none have yet displayed the title bar, with "Close", "Minimize", and "Maximize" buttons, for individual message windows and status windows as well.
The contact list seems to have no issues with title bar rendering.
Not only is the title bar not displayed, but it is also not drawn, because in the space where it should exist, you can click to the window in the background and bring it to focus.
Therefore, the only way to close one of these windows is using the menu bar, choosing "File", and then "Exit".
