In order to get this to work with Codeweavers' CrossOver for Ubuntu 64 bit GNU/Linux, you will need to create a new Microsoft Windows 7 WINE bottle and you will need to install Microsoft Frameworks .NET 4.5. Once that is done, download the WD My Cloud software application for Microsoft Windows and install it. Follow the instructions to create your WD My Cloud Administrator account and set up other user accounts accordingly. Use the WD My Cloud software application to log into your account and you can upload and download folders and files from your WD My Cloud Personal Cloud product within GNU/Linux. I tested this and it works using Linux Mint 17.1 "Rebecca" 64 bit GNU/Linux and Codeweavers' CrossOver for Ubuntu 64 bit GNU/Linux version 14.0.3 64 bit.
One thing to note is that Nemo version 2.4.5 does not support copy and paste or cut and paste features reliably. So, you will need to copy the URL or e-mail the link to a folder or file within the WD My Cloud software application in order to download the data to your home folder or partition for now until the Linux Mint or Canonical teams fix Nemo and Nautilus file managers to support copy and paste and cut and paste features correctly. Once this gets fixed, then the WD My Cloud software application will work flawlessly.
