Whenever I join a server and I spawn i have a spectator overlay even though I'm not a spectator (http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh163/sharker117/Picture78.jpg)
This started happening after 8.0.0 update

Hmmm, I actually remember getting this in CxG 8 a day or two ago. It did it for like 2-3 seconds after I respawned and then went away and acted normally. Everything was the same, I could still move, it's just that gray stuff was on top. I think I was using DX 8.1 if that matters. Which were you using?
And how long did it last for you? Sometimes? All the time? Only on certain games? Seconds after respawning?
Actually I think it might be a bug in the new TF2 update because someone else said they had it, but I don't know. Also I have to die in order for it to disappear.
Dang, really? That's pretty weird. So you're saying it has nothing to do with CxG?

Well, let's just keep playing and report back here if we get it again. And if we could figure out what triggers the bug, that would be very helpful.
