That would be awesome. :D
It would help spread the word about Crossover and would be great for testing TF2 and Source stuff, and would probably help the community around TF2 in CrossOver. Like you could mess with server feature to make sure they work with CrossOver and stuff. But would the server itself run under CrossOver? We should test that.
And are you sure this has never been done before, though?
The server wouldn't run under crossover, it would be ran at a facility in Seattle. Where I live.
Oh, ok. Well, running a server in CrossOver would probably be uncommon, possibly buggy/laggy, and probably too much work to fix if it screwed up.
If hammer ends up working at some point then I might make some kind of meeting room place or something.
What do you mean? Like a forum or website?
I mean a map that people mess around on.
Ok. Do you mean to test the map under CrossOver or to just "hang out" on it?
Either way. I am going to check how much the server is again.
Okay.
And we should probably make a Steam/Vent/GSC group, forum (freeforums.org is good), or chat room (meebo or xat is good) for it. Of course, since everyone would be using CrossOver, Steam stuff wouldn't show up in game, and GSC (another video game chat program with voice support) would probably screw up badly. :|
I do have my own website, already has a dead forum.
Ok. :|
Well, we don't have to use it, but it could be cool. Wait a sec, I think there actually is a CrossOver group on Steam already, though not specifically for TF2.
The owner of the crossover games group has not been on for 80 days.
The TF2 Crossover group is at http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TF2CXGames - small but active.
Oh, awesome, thanks.
joins
I still might create my own group. For the fact I will be paying for the server and I have not met the admin.
Okay.

Thanks you so much, as the creator of the group I love it when people recommend it. :D
No problems - I'm a member myself (username Sheepeh) although I've not played with anyone yet...too busy testing things!
I bought a server! Expect a new thread with server information soon!
Awesome! <:D
I can't wait! It's installing right now.
I will also install hlstatsx as well. For even more fun.
More awesomeness. :)
I posted my server thread closed!
