Delete Sounds

I just found out how to disable downloading sounds from servers.

Now how do I go back and delete the ones that were already downloaded to my computer?

I'm not sure exactly where they are, but I'm pretty sure they're somewhere in this folder:

[home folder]/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/[bottle name]/[drive name]/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/[Steam username]/ Team Fortress 2/tf/sound
