Getting icon to appear in crossover menu.

When I installed tf2 it created a start menu shortcut (or at least it said it would). How do I get it to appear in my crossover programs menu?

It should have done so automatically. You can try selecting either Refresh Programs Menu or, if that doesn't do it, Clear and Rebuild Programs Menu from the Configure menu.
