I have a powermac g5 dual 1.8ghz(2004), and I was wondering will crossover run smoothly with tf2? Obviously I might have some graphical difficulty but as long as it will run I can always upgrade my card. And to be clear, I can't run boot camp on my mac can I? Sorry I'm very new to the entire mac thing.
CrossOver does not work on PowerPC Macs. You need a Mac with an Intel CPU.
To be exact: CrossOver could work on PowerPC macs, but it could only run PowerPC Windows applications. Those are pretty rare, since the PowerPC Windows NT was discontinued long ago. I think the best you could get is an ancient version of Microsoft Office, so we never bothered with implementing PowerPC support.
