Does crossover pro 8.0.0 include the crossover games 7.2.2 update?

You mean in the download itself? No. A license to CX Pro allows you to download CXG 7.2.2 and, eventually, 8.0 (whenever that actually drops).

...And from the Advocates' forums, there's this:

"The situation with Pro and Games can be confusing. I hope this help clear things up:

CrossOver Pro and CrossOver Games are two separate products. You install them separately and run them separately. They have separate sets of bottles. Etc.

When you read "Pro includes Games", what that means is that buying a license for Pro gets you a license for Games for no additional fee. So, if you are entitled to Pro, you are also entitled to Games. But the products remain separate in terms of program files.

So, now you can see how we can release CrossOver Pro and Standard 8.0, while CrossOver Games is still at version 7.2.2.

In fact, the whole reason why we split CrossOver Games into a separate product was to allow us to stagger releases like this. The two products require different kinds of testing for different sets of applications. Testing it all simultaneously became just too big of a task, so we split it up."
