TF2 Crashing for no apparent reason

Here's the deal. I remember playing TF2 flawlessly on Crossover Games sometime in autumn. While talking with some other people, I decided I might as well play TF2 again. I can load up the game fine, select a server, and get into a game. At some random point while playing though the game will close with no explanation. It is possible this may be a Steam issue (free weekend after all), but I figured I'd post here to see if anyone had any idea.

I'm using a Macbook with OS 10.5.7. I have 2GB of Memory and a Intel GMA X3100. Processor is Intel Core 2 Duo with 2.4GHZ speed. Yes, I tried editing the launch settings of TF2. If it is of any help, I am using the newest version of Crossover Games.

I'll probably try and install the game in a clean bottle later today to see if that does the trick. I think I may have installed other programs in the bottle.

Edit: I also had an unrelated question that may possibly be related. Whenever I run TF2 it ends up running in full screen. Even if I try and run it in windowed mode it still does full screen. I was wondering if someone can help me run it in a window. I did try and add -windowed to the launch options which did not work.

If you're on CXG 7.2 then blame that. It's discussed below under crashing, if you have 7.1.1 try that one, should be fine.

Thanks for the help. I'll add that to the tips and tricks. I guess I should have scrolled down before to find the answer. I was just looking for more recent posts. I'll add it to the tips and tricks.
