Hi,
I have just gotten crossover and I'm clueless on host to get it to work. I do not know what bottles are. I do not have a windows installer to install windows games. I don't know where i would download steam, Garry's mod, or anything that will work for Crossover. Could you please tell me where i can download steam, how to install it, and how to use it on Crossover and MAC. I am in desperate need.

They won't answer everything but may make you a bit more familiar with CrossOver.

I suspect you may be using the mainline CrossOver product (Pro or Standard). If you wish to run games, then you should be using CrossOver Games, which is a separate application. If you purchased Pro, then you are entitled to register Games for no extra fee. If you purchased Standard by mistake and don't want it, open up a support ticket and we can switch your purchase to Games. In any case, you can try the Games trial.

Once you're using CrossOver Games, it has built-in knowledge about how to download and install Steam. From CrossOver's Software Installer window, you can pick Steam from the list of supported packages and CrossOver will offer to download and install it for you.

I have pro and on the list all it has is a bunch of useless stuff on the list. Plus i tried to download warhammer and i think i did it right. I click on Warhammeronline.app absolutely nothing happens. just the crossover symbol kinda pops out.
