Title explains much of everything - it's happened once, but it solved itself quickly last time after a few reboots. The message says:

A lot of times when you have a crash like that, it is due to quitting out of Steam forcefully rather than letting it do its thing and shut down by itself. You should never do that. In order to resolve this issue, make sure Steam is closed, then go to Configure -> Manage Bottles -> Steam (or whatever the bottle is called) -> Advanced -> Open C: Drive in Finder. In the Finder window that opens, go to Program Files -> Steam and then delete these three files: ClientRegistry.blob, Steam.dll, and SteamUI.dll. You should then be able to access Steam as you used to (these files will be re-created once Steam is restarted, but that's OK, because all you wanted to do was reset these files).
