C4G Mac 8.1.4 + KOTOR = OK

As long as you follow previous advice regarding manual installation of the 1.03 update, other CD issues I can't mention, and disabling movies, KOTOR installs and runs smoothly.

It's also important to disable grass, especially for planets like Dantooine.
