Game doesn't work.. why the gold rank for mac?

I've installed and patched fine through crosstie....
The game launches fine but after the advertisements the client goes all white! it stays like that for a while until i force shut it down...

im using a mac beyond the max requirements for the game, on OSX Lion and using the newest crossover games (11.0?)

ps. im a totally new to wine and crossover in terms of choosing the right programs for running...so i would appreciate detailed advice :)

EDIT: I actually managed to get past the character creation screen with 800x600 16-bit resolution but after 1 minute of playing the entire game crashes on me :/
