I've done some experimenting with trying to get Q.U.B.E. to run (using Steam) but have not been successful. However, it seems that some people have been able to make it run in Wine according to the game's entry on WineHQ. That page suggests that the issue is with .Net Framework 4.0, which is incompatible with Crossover at this time, but can be installed successfully with winetricks. I'm unfamiliar with winetricks and haven't tried to work it out, so I'm not sure whether that works with Crossover or not, though I'm guessing that it is possible since Crossover is based on Wine.
