Cannot install

While trying to install, it installs the installer shield (for OSX only in 7.2 version of crossover games, not in 7.1 pro), but then fails to install the application. Will not install in a Vista bottle, only in an xp bottle does it even install the 1st part. Looking for a work around. I did try to install IE7 and Media Player 11, which are what they require, but did not install either.
