PUBG MacOS Big Sur M1 doesn't start due to BattlEye

Has anyone been able to run PUBG on MacOS Big Sur M1? I understand that BattlEye didn't cooperated back in 2019 to allow the game to be played on Crossover and other emulation layers. Is there any news about it?

Games that use BattlEye are still unable to work with wine or CrossOver.
