install - Failed to create c:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International! Please the definitive solution to this!!

I'm using crossover games since 8 series, and the PWI Age of Spirits earlier installer, no matter with what, CG 8, 9 10 series, PWI Age of spirits, Rising Tides, Genesis installer, Mac OSes leopard, snow leopard, lion; always leads to same result: install - Failed to create c:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International!. I read and applied several solutions but nothing of nothing, including using pwi tie downloded from here (only difference that installs the MS VC6 routine, that let run the client window, otherwise it doesn't run). Ending always with install pwi in native windows and copy the whole folder into bottle, and running the patcher.exe manually, but I don't want this way, want install it normally, please!! definitive solution to this.

Note: I read that changing folder name, putting read only, etc etc, no works either so that installer never begins to copy files before error message.

same problem here :(
i'ts say's "error" and the install doesn't finish :(

I found the solution. But you need Windows for that. Boot on Windows, download MacDrive, a program to access Mac Partitions, look for the Bottle folder, probably on Library/AplicationSupport/Crossover Games/Bottles or Users/(Username)/Library/AplicationSupport/Crossover Games/Bottles.
Then you go to drive_c folder and create a folder named Perfect World Entertainment. After this, right click on this folder and you'll see that only reading is checked. Uncheck this box. Then create a sub-folder named Perfect World International and right-click on that and do the same. DONE!!!! reboot into Macintosh and install Perfect World.

The solution above is a workaround actually. I believe that the actual problem might be related to the LC_* locate environment settings you have on your system. I've seen a reports from people living in France and Belgium that they had been having problems installing PWI on their systems due to installer choking at french-specific LC_CTYPE setting. So, knowing that, you may wish to try to run the installer using "Run Windows Command" dialog box and having something like LANG="en_US.utf-8" LC_CTYPE="en_US.utf-8" prepended before the name of actual installer executable. Having no success try to use "en_US.UTF-8", "en_US.UTF8", "en_US.utf8" or "C" as the values for vars as the exact names of locale definitions vary from OS to OS (various linux distros disagree on this; Mac OS X also has it's own naming convention for locales).
