Installed it fine in a Vista bottle - no additional things needed.
Connected fine (with a few warnings about an unsupported device).
The mouse works through all the Onlive menus and even works navigating as far as launching a game. However, when the game starts, no mouse input :(
So near... yet so far!

The Onlive Client works with Crossover Linux 11.3.0 and it works with raw mouse input too. :)

Geforce 260 gtx
I took the the folder
"Drive_C"
"User.reg"
"System.reg"
"Userdef.reg"
From a existing PlayOnLinux Prefix.
Then i made a new "empty" Prefix for OnLive
and replaced the existing files in the .cxoffice/OnLive/ folder
The version used was cxoffice 11.3.0 x64
