MS Office 2010 installs perfectly for me using the cross-tie, but because Microsoft Update is not installed without Windows, Office cannot download updates automatically. Can anybody tell me how to have Office install updates without Microsoft Update?
You can download SP2 and create a slipstream ISO. Or you search for ISOs where this has already been done. Those can be found at torrent sites.
Just downloaded standalone exe package for SP2 and it installed right away, no problems.
