Bugs in installation

Currently, when disk is inserted and you click install. Error Box comes up reading:
"On Startup, Line 41: attempt to call a nil value"

Upon clicking ok, Installation begins as normal.

When the progress meter is full, "DirectX Updating" Pops up.

Immediatly Error Box reading:
"Error Number:0x80040707
Description:DLL Function call crashed: dsetup.DirectXSetupA"

Any Info would be appreciated.

I don't know if this is the cause of the crash you're seeing, but we know of one crash when installing DirectX. It's fixed internally and will be included in our next release.
