Microsoft .NET framework install

I am trying to install Lord of the Rings Online on my Mac and it seems to be stuck at the .NET framework install. how long should this take?

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro
Mac OSX 10.6.8

Thank you!

Update: After several hours, I decided to just cancel the install (of .NET) but when I did, the rest of the installation continued (Direct X, Pando and then it began DLing LOTRO). So now I am in the middle of a looooong download of the game, wondering if it will work because the .NET install says 'Canceled' rather than 'Finished'.

Assuming that it doesn't work once the game is downloaded, can I just reinstall the Microsoft components and not re-download the game?

Thanks for your help

Yes. See: http://www.mcgillsociety.org/PyLotRO/step-by-step-V2.html -- the section How to Restart the CrossTie Installer

It's a work in progress, but should answer many questions.... Also check out http://www.mcgillsociety.org/PyLotRO/index.html

I have to stop killing Orcs and get back to updating the documents :)

Help?

It's back up again. I wound up selling my home and moving around the 1 November.
