I get logged in, the splash screen plays, then it seems like the game will load to the character screen, suddenly it goes black and I see 'error, cannot patch' with a 'quit button'
I am at a loss here...
running Mac OS X 10.6.4
used the cp4 files to install stuff
I still cannot get the game to get all the way to loading character data
it will go as far as "Loading Character Data" then the screen goes black and it says ERROR CANNOT PATCH in the middle of the black screen
pretty please can I get a response?!

Have you patched the game using the "patch" tool in PyLotRO?
The Turbine patcher does not work/cannnot be used.
