Ok so I installed CXG and put my Lotro disc one of two in. After installation was complete I launched pylotro and I get these errors.
Initialising, please wait...
[E01] Error loading settings
[E13] Game Directory not found.
[E02] No language files found.
I can't select a realm, language, or type in account or password information. This is my first time using CXG and I don't know what I'm doing.

This is covered in the tips & tricks.

Could you tell me which part concerns my problem?

The part that addresses the "no language files found" message :) It's right there in the Tips & Tricks

Please tell me you are joking. Read the errors and then read the tips & tricks, it tells you plain as day.

I have no experience with this game at all, but you did use the second disc as well - right?

Run PyLotRO (that's the thing that displayed those [E] errors), along the top there is a menu option marked Tools, under that you should see the Settings Wizard which should find your LotRO install.

Just remember to patch it after it is set up and you should be fine to go.

Ok I started the patching process. Will it not give me the client is not up to date error now?

PyLOTRO is your new launcher for your client, by you updating using pylotro you are in fact updating the lotro client. It is possible that you might need to update a couple times for the entire patch process to be fully completed. You also launch the game from pylotro.
