Can anybody help getting this to work

Hi,

I installed F1 Manager 2023 from steam but it does not launch, how do I launch/install this hope you can help.

Give it another try with the latest stable, 23.7.1, using D3DMetal and MSync. Some of the car and driver textures don't load, but the game is completely playable.
