ula prob. with eve

i have heard of other ppl having this prob, but can't seem to find the soloutions when i search, so here is the prob, got code weavers, downloaded eve installer, installed. launches, but i can't scroll past the ula to click the ok to move on. any ideas ?

running ubuntu 10.04.
