Installs fine through Steam, but upon launch a small window shows up with "PlaneD" in the background image, and a flickering line of red text on the bottom that reads "Loading roses.xml".
I left it "Loading" for a long time, but to no avail.
Edit: No change in v9.0.0
@ Michael Charles Black: Did you do anything special to get it to work on a Mac?
No, not really. So it should work if you make sure it's the latest OS X, with COG 9, a fresh bottle (into which Steam is installed) and then the Steam version of Eternity's Child.
Are you getting any errors in particular?
I'll have to create a debug log and see if anything jumps at me.
It could very well be just a Mac vs. Linux implementation thing.
I got nothing. Maybe someone else can figure it out?
This game does not run by itself. So I had to run Steam first and leave it running, then run the game's executable directly. This is the +seh log of the game only.
