I am able to install DDO, patch it, and login. Once I hit the PLAY button, it asks me if I want to use DX11. No matter which option I choose, the game quickly opens a window and then crashes. No error messages, nothing to help me figure out what the problem is.

I thought that perhaps it had something to do with using the 32-bit or 64-bit version, but when I go into the options to change it from 32-bit to 64-bit, I can't select anything different. The options window doesn't respond to clicks on the options, other than the "Restore Defaults," "OK," and "Cancel" buttons.

Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone have any idea how to work around it?

I'm afraid it's impossible to change a bottle to 64 bit or vice-versa. It is necessary to create a new bottle and reinstall the game.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't trying to change the bottle settings. I was referring to the game settings. The bottle is setup as a Win7 64-bit.

There appears to be a missing font or something because the Launcher options do not show up. You can check and edit them from looking in ~/Documents/Dungeons & Dragons Online/UserPreferences.ini.
