MX and Mysql

I'm using Suse 10 and I'm running Mysql 4.x on system. After build the Dreamweaver Mx on Crossover office, and try to connect to mysql via Dreamweaver, I'v received "550 Permission Denied" msg. I tried all possibilities for host name ( localhost / 127.0.0.1 / IP-Address), but I can't resolve the problem. Also I changed user privledges of the Mysql and result is same. Does anybody know what's the problem?
