Dingtalk Camera not detected

Hi Everyone, I have Dingtalk installed, two issues, when i'm typing text in the message box you can't see the text but hit enter and the message is there, all other text boxes i can see my text, second problem is for video conference it doesn't detect my chromebook camera or external camera, can i install driver or something?
