Doesn't look correct, does it...ie; gold medal and yet no
person has ranked it -- if someone tested it (inhouse at
codeweavers) then this may explain it, otherwise it
should attract the 'untested' medal ranking until a
somebody does check it out ; I can't, I don't own this
title.....
Know that the codeweavers devs do actually watch this
forum, and if this is indeed a ranking error they'll
fix it asap....elsewise, it did get tested inhouse by
someone, and likewise they'll likely see this thread
and respond appropriately (;
Well, it's Gold 'Unsupported'. So that means we don't officially support it or
know a darn thing about it.
We base the medal on everything we know. And if you click on the 'show details'
under any icon, you can drill in to figure out how we ranked it.
In this case, the only information we have is that one user considered it Gold.
That single ranking then becomes the rank for the application.
Note that it's just a user ranking it; if there were an advocate that had ranked
it, you'd see that on the front screen, and advocate rankings have more weight
than user rankings, so the advocate rank would be the more important point.
Cheers,
Jeremy
Thanks Jeremy....I was wondering how things like this happen (;
Well, gee. Wish I knew that before I blew 30 bucks on it. I guess I'll just have to make my mac a dual boot system, since your product description leaves much to be desired. Thanks a lot for helping me waste my money on your worthless product.
Yeah, ran into same thing with Morrowind - Gold Unsupported...that's why the download is free, right? I am trying it, but haven't gotten anything that I really want to run on it...yet. Too many games that are too old in my collection. But lots of other current stuf runs and the CxO staff is great!
