COX:8.1.3
system: Macbook 2.0Ghz. unitbody, Nvidia 9400M

Put dvd in drive.
Express install game (xp Bottle)
Download and install the 1.61 patch
Download msxml3.dll from here and put it in your windows/system32 folder.
Download d3dx9_26.dll and copy it to system/win32.
