Need a tips due to Artefact and graphics bugs with BG3 (Gog Galaxy)

Hi there,
I bought BG3 on Gog Galaxy, few days ago and ... i enjoy some major artefact which it appears than some part of the game is not display at all.

Here you can see, Baldur's gate when i launch the game with Crossover with Gog Galaxy.

And here, what i have when i use Steam with a Proton GE, on the bg3_dx11 link.

I think it's not a major issues, because with proton all is ok.
