SOLVED: Launch issues: Baldur's Gate 3

Hi all. First time running Crossover on a mac mini.

I installed Steam bottle (Windows 10 64-bit), added DirectX for Modern Games and DXVK. I opened Steam, downloaded Baldur's Gate 3. When I launch it, Steam says the game is running but nothing happens, not even an application popping up in the task bar. When I try to stop the game, it just says "stopping" indefinitely. After killing Crossover and restarting, weirdly, I can't even open Steam in it: it gets stuck in "Status: Scanning..." I've tried opening from .exe in bin, I've tried updates, I've tried deleting the bottle and re-installing, I've tried re-installing Crossover. It's the exact same issue each time. Are there any other basic dependencies that I've missed?

I was unmethodical and tried two things simultaneously which worked, so not sure if just one or both were required. I enabled Esync.

Then, in Steam, I went into the game properties and changed the launch options to

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin\bg3_dx11.exe” %command%

It's now running!

I am having the same issue but this "Fix" only gives me an error message. Any other help would be great
