I tried to install Divine Divinity using CrossOver Mac / Games (both yield pretty much identical results, as described below) since while the compatibility database has no record, the Wine AppDB has several reports of it working pretty much flawlessly. However, my installation of the game is crippled by issues with the game's graphics.
The game comes with a configuration utility, which allows me to choose a screen resolution and rendering method (software, DirectDraw, Direct3D or Glide). Glide simply doesn't work (gives an error upon clicking Test in the utility), while the other three methods result in various kinds graphical glitches, as shown by the following screenshots:
Software / DirectDraw - Colour issues

Direct3D - Missing floor textures

I have tried changing pretty much all the settings in the Graphics tab of winecfg with no success. Any help would be appreciated.
A curious fact is that most people over at AppDB report that the game wouldn't run with Direct3D (long loading, speed issues, etc.), but works fine with DirectDraw, but from what I'm seeing, running the game with Direct3D is slightly more usable than doing so with software emulation or DirectDraw.
I'm on a Rev. A MacBook with Leopard (10.5.6) and GMA950 integrated graphics, and the game, having been released way back in 02, has the following for system requirements: "The minimum specs to be able to play the game well are a PII 450Mhz with 128Mb of RAM, 8MB of video memory, a 4X speed CDROM drive, a 100% Directsound compatible soundcard, and 1.7GB free HDD space."
