If such a crash occurs, it is always a bug in MacOS
CrossOver is a user mode application and never talks directly to your hardware. It only uses MacOS services, and it is MacOS' job to prevent user mode apps like CrossOver from crashing your mac(if CrossOver can crash your mac, so can a virus)
Meanwhile, we are aware of a number of graphic driver bugs that result in hard crashes, and we try to work around them. Are you using the most recent crossover games version(7.1.1)?
Also see if there are any updates you haven't installed yet, and see if you have any 3rd party kernel extensions installed
No, I have 7.1.0 should I just AppZapp it and re install Crossover Games 7.1.1? Do I need to buy it again? Will all my games be the same?

You shouldn't have to buy the program again. Click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then click on "My Downloads" in the menu on the left. This will bring you to a download page where you can get the most up-to-date version.
Also, I am not sure what the recommended process is, but I simply dragged the new version of crossover in to my Apps folder, and it took care of everything.
Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
