I had RIFT running fine under Crossover Games on Snow Leopard but made the mistake of upgrading to Lion and the CrossOver XI Trial.

Everything works fine until you get 'in-game' and then all spell effects, targeting arrows and lighting go haywire. It looks like textures are having trouble with sizing themselves and keep rotating. For example when you target a mob you should get a small arrow pointing down at their head, but instead the arrow flashes, keeps changing size (up to full screen) and rotates, very strange. This is just one example, these glitches appear everywhere, especially with the particle effects on spells etc...

Have tried all the usual tweaks but nothing seems to help.

Will try going back to Crossover Games and seeing if that helps, I really hope this is not an issue with crossover<>lion compatability. Will report back later...

Seems that changing vertical sync solves the problem for a 5-10 seconds and then things go bad again.

Hi there. Many thanks for the prompt response. Unfortunately the adding the suggested registry value does not fix the problem for Rift on Lion.

As a matter of interest, the issue is still there with Crossover Games, seems Lion is the issue, everything worked well under snow leopard.
