First to the guys at CodeWeavers, great job. I can run HL2 and CSS on my imac 3.0 ghz as smooth as silk..
I can get Tropico to run (a but buggy) but tropico 2 (both from steam) will not run, I get a black screen, hear the music, and a flashing cursor. Have to restart mac to get out.
I have a 3.0 ghz 24" imac with a Nvidia Geforce 8800 GS, 4mb Ram.
any ideas?

I don't have any particular insight for getting the game running, but did want to make a note: you shouldn't have to restart the Mac to get unstuck from a game which has left you stranded in full-screen mode.
First, try Command-Option-R. This is the key combination for the Restore Display item of the Window menu. After you've restored, you can use the tools in the Manage Bottles window -- taskmgr from the Control Panels or the Quit Bottle or Force Quit Bottle buttons -- to kill the stuck programs.
If that doesn't work for some reason, you should be able to quit CrossOver (Command-Q) or Force Quit it (Command-Option-Escape followed by Return).
